Objective:
Score the most point by hitting the balloons as they fall
Items Needed:
One bag of balloons (Dollar Tree), One sheet/tarp/or cover, Wooden Frame, Rubber bands (Dollar Tree)
How To Play:
Starts with just a little prep. Blow up 11 balloons. I recommend getting the assorted variety pack at DT because it has different shapes and you can make the different shapes worth different point values if hit.
You will need some kind of thing to stand behind to where the contestants cannot see you as you are holding the balloons and letting them fall. That way they will not know when or where the balloons will fall until they see them. So built a frame about 6ft wide X 6-8ft. tall, and draped the sheet over top so that the contestants cannot see behind it.
Mark off a line that shooters cannot cross when firing the rubber bands. You will want to make this about 5-10 ft from the barrier. This game is played with one contestant at a time. The contestant is given some rubber bands and they must hit as many balloons as they can while they are in the air. The person behind the curtain is just tossing\dropping the balloons in random locations on the front side of the curtain where the shooter can hit them. The shooter is awarded points for each balloon they hit. The kid with the most points wins!
