Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

It’s Christmas time!! School is out, family is in, presents are being given. I Love it all! I sincerely hope you have thought about the most important people in your life and how you can express your love and appreciation to them. Just a piece of life advice: Be a Giver not a Taker. Demonstrate your appreciation by giving them something this Christmas. What about the MOST important Person that should be on your Christmas gift list: Jesus? What do you give the One who has it all? Well, almost all. There is one thing that Jesus doesn’t have by default and that is the hearts of people. Jesus entrusted to us our own hearts and we have the choice to whom we give it to. Jesus is a gentleman. He stands at the door of our hearts and knocks. He doesn’t force His way in and demand to get His way. Usually this is a verse used for salvation and that is an application. However, Jesus was writing to the members of His church, the Christians of Laodicea. These were saved people. These folks had given Jesus their soul but some had not given them their hearts. I’m sure you know a number of Christians who are saved but there is no room for Jesus in their hearts, and it shows. There is one thing Jesus really wants for Christmas and that is your heart. Can I say that the most valuable gifts are not the ones with price tags but the ones that
are given from the heart. Give Jesus your Heart for Christmas, it’s the one thing He really wants
