My dad always said, \u201cYou never know a rebel until you cross them.\u201d This truth has helped me so much. In my Christian life, I\u2019ve found that it\u2019s easy to do what the Bible says as long as I like it or agree with it. I can feel quite yielded to the Lord until He suddenly confronts me with something I don\u2019t want to change in my life.

What if God wants to change my friends?

What if he wants to change my schedule?

What about my music? My wardrobe? My career plans? My location? My habits? My hobbies?

The list could go on, but no matter what \u201cit\u201d is, what if God\u2019s will is not my will? It is then I find out if I\u2019m truly yielded to God\u2019s will, or if I\u2019m just walking along that path until it leads somewhere I don\u2019t really want to go. As always, our Lord Jesus is our greatest example, \u201cSaying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.\u201d Will we say the same?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
