Don’t Miss The Miracles

John 21:25 “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”

We find recorded in the New Testament of God’s Word the details of 37 different miracles that Jesus performed while here on earth. His first miracle of turning water into wine (John 2). Up to his last miracle recorded of telling the disciples to cast their nets on the other side (John 21). He healed the sick, raised the dead, performed miracles to provide for the people, and saved reconciled broken lives. I love to preach on the miracles of Christ. Each and everyone have special truths to learn from.

I want you now to think about the “other miracles” that didn’t get recorded. Let’s consider the other miracles Jesus performed. We don’t have any specifics, but I believe Jesus probably healed other lame men. Whether physical or spiritual, I know he restored the sight of others. I believe he fed many others. I believe he went about doing the same Great Commission he left for us to do.

Jesus is still performing miracles today in those that seek Him! The blessings we receive are not just coincidences, but blessings that God is working in our lives. Miracles are not just the big things we see, but each and every small thing we receive throughout the day!

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Jeremiah 33:3 “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
